How to influence the dreams?

Programming, influencing or controlling dreams may be a way that everyone can choose a deliberately to solve problems, using the power of your subconscious. Dreaming can solve many problems transmitting our tips, suggestions, giving us different signs.




The following method refers to choosing what is to dream, not the way by which you can control the dream after it began already run under the eyelids.

Steps to follow:

1. Trust presented method!

For starters, you must have confidence in this method, if you're not convinced that it can work, if you're not attracted to power and the interpretation of dreams and sees no signs of subconscious transmitted, the method being rejected from the start, it will not work.

Psychology specializing in dreams, Deirdre Barrett, believes it is possible that the solutions to our problems to already be awake in our minds, but we can only dream consciousness gives them their attention.

Also, Barrett thinks that when we dream we had more time to think, and what we think is visually associated with different sequences, things impossible to see when we are awake.

2. Decide what the problem to be solved or issues bothering you

It is natural for everyone to have a lot of problems, but when it calls this method, it is advisable not to make a salad unsuccessful. The problem chosen must be a clearly defined, something hit you in time.

Noted psychologist believes that problems / issues bothering you and need a visualization would be best suited to find resolve in a dream, and some inventions, paintings, especially when the problem you are facing is the lack of inspiration.

3. Think hard on that issue before sleep

Before you go to sleep think about this problem, and requires you to be your mind focused on this problem while you sleep. Also, make sure you ask a solution or a new vision for your business.

It is preferred that your mind when you ask that, you and write in a journal about what you want to dream. Also, more help and if use a visual exercise, drawing what you want to dream. This is not necessary, but is useful to flesh out the problem and view it better before I try to dream solution.

4. Choose the right approach for you

We describe below two methods that can help you schedule or influence your dreams. Both are valid, but depending on the characteristics and requirements of each method, you can choose which is most convenient. There are both supporters and people who are against each method.
A. First method: Banish all thoughts of your conscious!

Put aside all questions and thoughts you have in your conscious. Empty your mind before sleep. Andy Baggott said it makes sense to keep your questions in mind as long as you're ready to let your subconscious to solve. If you keep thinking about what bothers you'll sleep very hard, you get a good night's sleep and you wake up tired. Professor Baggott recommended to set aside worries about the problem you want to solve it in the dream.

To banish thoughts you can be reading a book before bedtime or write a poem or a letter, to talk to someone, avoid anything stimulating like movies, TV shows and games so they may I jam the dream.

Go to sleep. Lie down, relax, make sure you stay comfortable, give up all thoughts, and if you share the bed with someone or ask him to come to bed with you, or try not to bother you later. Try before you go to sleep, visualize a beautiful, think for a walk on the beach, a favorite place, something positive.
B. Second method: focus on the problem before sleep

Lie down, stay relaxed and think deeply about the problem you want solved, the inspiration you are looking for. Avoid dark thoughts, anxiety. Think in terms of solving its problem, you can have thoughts like: "I would like advice subconscious to help me manage to get a raise."

Close your eyes and think of key images for your dream. If nothing appears, read what you wrote in your journal, if you note, or think back to your problem. Imagine the sounds in the background, imagine what you see, how you feel. Imagine a dialogue that you expect to hear in a dream. Although you have to think hard on the problem, keep your calm attitude, relaxed.

Then go to bed with these images and sounds in mind.
When you wake up, open your journal and write down everything you remember, how fast, because dreams are part of our short-term memory. Write as much as you can to get what then analyze. Think of ideas in the dream, if a solution that you can shape behind the dream, some images that you suggest something. If you find solutions or partial solutions, notes or draw them them, then breathe out of them or apply them to solve the problem.

Still practice this activity until you become easier. At first it may be more difficult to convince to trust that your subconscious can solve problems and can pass a period until the results of "programming" dreams will be noticeable and will provide clear solutions.
